Refund and Returns Policy

Returns Policy - Shophealthcon.com - Hassle-Free Returns

Step 1: If you have received the wrong item, please raise a replacement request within 3 days of receiving the delivery. You can do this by emailing us at support@shophealthcon.com or sending a message on WhatsApp to +91 7977982458. Be sure to include pictures of the wrong item and your order ID.

Step 2: We will need up to 48 working hours to review your replacement request.

Step 3: Once your request is reviewed, we will arrange for our courier partner to collect the incorrectly delivered product.

Step 4: If our reverse pick-up service is not available in your location, we will work with you to find an alternative solution.

Step 5: Once we have retrieved the wrong product from your location, we will promptly send you the replacement product. If the replacement is not available in stock, we will process a refund for you.

Step 1: Should you receive a damaged item, please request a replacement within 3 days of delivery by contacting us at support@shophealthcon.com or via WhatsApp at +91 7977982458. Include images of the damaged item and your order ID.

Step 2: Please allow us 48 working hours to assess your replacement request.

Step 3: After reviewing your request, we will coordinate with our courier partner to collect the damaged product from your location.

Step 4: In case our reverse pick-up service is not available at your location, we will assist you in finding an alternative solution.

Step 5: Once we have retrieved the damaged product, we will promptly send you a replacement. If the replacement is not in stock, we will issue a refund.+91 

We provide FREE shipping on all orders that exceed a minimum order amount, as indicated from time to time. Additionally, we offer Cash-On-Delivery with no extra charges. Shipping rates presented at the time of check-out are considered final.

Please note that we are unable to return or replace products in the following situations:

  • Products that have been opened, used, or altered.
  • Items missing their original packaging, including mono cartons and labels.
  • Return or replacement requests made more than 3 days after delivery.
  • Order Cancellation

We accept order cancellations prior to order processing. Once an order has been processed, we are unable to cancel it.
